contacting an agent by P.M.

I have had a reply to a ticket from an agent. they ask me to private message them with details. How do I do this?

Click on envelope, top right corner, and you will get to your mail box.

You should find it on your private messages, you can get there by clicking on the envelope icon in the top right corner. And the message should be coming from/sent to CS_Agent

@iainr hi you can answer the same way they messaged you just reply to their  message in the little envelope top right corner
