I want an invoice or receipt / bill of my monthly prepaid to submit to my company

What you could do is:
1. Log in to your account
2. Click "Payment" on the menu bar
3. Then under a subsection of "payment" there is transaction history. Click that
4. Using that will give you a breakdown of your spending with date and amount.
See if that is good for your needs.

HI @Quoctran72 For invoice, you have to open ticket with PM Support and they will prepare it for you. It could be around 3 weeks, so, I suggest you to request a set of invoice every 3 or 6 months instead

To open ticket with PM for invoice:
1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there
