I am trying to purchase a phone via Public Mobile. I go to the checkout and login. I get an error message when I enter my email address and password - “Incorrect email or password”
I can login to My Account successfully. And I can login to Community successfully. I also reset my password. I still get the error message when I try to purchase a phone.

Just check out as a guest. But make sure you use the email of your self-serve account so that you get the $30 credit.

There are three different portals at PM>
One is your account - need unique email and password
Second is Community. You can use same email/pass but you do not have to. Using same email will link Community with your account and you can earn rewards if you participate in Community
Third is purchase a phone portal. You would have to open 'purchase' account. Neither above email/pass will not work there unless you register yourself.

The "login" in the shopping area is not related to the account or community. It's yet another login.
