As per the title, I've been getting incorrect: "Account Has Been Suspended" e-mails and text messages.
My profile shows the normal, subscribed, recent payment (and my credit card show the purchase on Aug 5th) and there are absolutely no messages of any kind on my profile.
What gives?

Same problem. Payment taken on Aug 5 but getting email, and texts saying that my account has been placed on hold causing undue stress. I hope that Public Mobile will respond with an apology and compensation for the continued issue.

Public Mobile is having some glitches. If you still have service , just ignore the text.
