Most answers say that incoming calls are charged against your minutes but the plan clearly states UNLIMITED INCOMING CALLS. Can someone please clarify this.

Rebooting the device can't possibly change what it reports for incoming in the Self Serve usage details. Also, the customer isn't asking about nor having difficulties making outgoing calls. Adding 1 in fron the area code for outgoing calls sn't going to change how incoming call usage history is recorded on the account nor is it going to change if minutes are deducted.

@Yummy The $10, now $13, grandfathered plan still has limited minutes in & out.

You get unlimited incoming calls. Incoming calls will NOT count against your outgoing call minutes.

Calls will be listed in your usage but not deducted from your 100 minutes, if your are on the $15 plan.

EVERY Plan has Unlimited incoming calls.
$15 Plan has 100 minutes outgoing calls. All other plans have unlimited outgoing calls.
SMS domestic/international is unlimited for all Plans.
