Hi
All my incoming calls went straight to voicemails. I tried restart my phone, turned off Do not Disturb, turned the volume all the way up, etc., but all incoming calls still went to voicemail.
Does anyone have the same issue as mine? Could Public Mobile please help?
Thanks

Great that it worked for you! Some people don't have a second phone to do what you did.

Thanks you all for the information.
I first tried to just take out the SIM card, leave it our for more than 2 minutes, but it didn’t work.
I then took SIM card out, left for a little longer than 2 minutes, put the card to a different phone, and then put it back to my phone. Finally it worked.

Adding to @darlicious suggestion. While taking out the SIM tray, leave it out for 2 minutes and see if that helps.

Yes. There are many threads with your issue. If you have access to another phone remove your SIM card and put it in the other phone and power it up. Power off and place the SIM card back in your phone and reboot.

Hi there,
Yes, in fact several people have been dealing with that recently.

You can go to that thread but if you type in your issue or scroll down the list of recent topics you will see a few different options to rectify this. This one seems to the most popular method though.
