Transferring from BELL to PM - calls not coming through

I'm trying to switch my number over from Bell to PM and it seems like everything else is working except for incoming calls. I received the transfer request message from Bell and approved it and took out my Bell SIM card to see if things were working. I can make calls, but incoming calls go straight to voicemail. Is anyone else having similar issues?

It's been an hour now - I realize now that I'm just being impatient 😅, but huzzah, it seems to be all working now!

hi @jbok

 reboot the phone and test inbound calls

  if still not getting any, then wait another 30 mins and reboot and test 

if still cannot get it, call porting team.  I will send you the number to your community inbox

but if you cannot even make outbound calls, it is an account issue, not Port, you need to submit ticket with cS agent instead
