Been trying to login but doesn't accept my password. Tried "forgot password" but comes back as Login Disabled. Can't access my account. Is this a system problem or??

Thanks. Opening a ticket worked. It was a back end problem that quickly got solved.

I have the same problem for two of the accounts in our household. I don't have a solution, but it's not just you.

If you find you’re having login problems in future, try clearing cache and cookies, opening an incognito tab, then try again.
Some users also find success using a completely different browser on a different device, if available.

Assuming that your service hasn't been suspended for 90 days, in which your account would be permanently closed, wait at least 15 minutes before trying again.
If that doesn't help, you'll need to open a ticket and ask a customer support agent for help. Open up https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html and then type in "forgot security question answer".
