Incoming calls go straight to voicemail if iPhone's WIFI is on. If I turn WIFI off it works fine and I can receive calls.
Iphone 13 PRO MAX.
I tried to restart the phone. I tried to remove eSIM and added it back. I tried switched to different data modes LTE, 5G, 3G. Nothing worked for me.
I use eSIM.

Once you type your request using tag lines it should give you the next steps or tell you how to contact an agent if one is needed. If you are unable to navigate, use this link then to send a private message. It just takes longer. I have heard anywhere from within the hour to days.

Unfortunately, I don't have another sim card to test it. I'll try to chat with them. Thanks. BTW, how does it work? I tried to submit a ticket previously but there was no filed to leave a message 😞

If it was a few months ago then the port would no longer be valid and cancelled. Do you still have service on your old carrier? Are you able to check.
You can use this link to contact PM to see if they can refresh your account.
https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html or the chatbot once you are signed into your account. Type ticket or agent.

het @Sansan I joined PM a few months ago. I cannot tell when this started because I don't receive many calls these days. I noticed this issue a couple weeks ago. I haven't changed anything at that time. Do you think it's still worth to check those ports? Thanks
