The email that I use is no longer active and there is no change email option. I cannot login to my Account and pay for my plan. Is there anything that I can do?

Using existing email you can still log in into your account and pay the bill.
Your existing (inactive) email is actually PM's login ID. No matter if it is still valid or not!
In the mean time you can contact agent to change your email.

HI @Inactive_email For now, when you login, you can try to have the 2FA to send to your phone instead of your email.
Once you get the code, you use the "old" email address as the username to login to update your plan
Of course, you still need to change to the proper email address, you will need to open ticket with PM CS Agent:
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
start by typing : Contact CS Agent
then Click "Contact Us"
then Click "Other"
finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

Dial 611 to pay with your on-file credit card ore get payment vouchers at Shell Gas or Walmart..then dial 611 to add 'em to your acct.
