Using my wife’s phone, In Florida now, have CanadaUS PLAN, no internet. Turned phone on and off, toggled airplane mode.finally did a Network Reset,now unable to make or receive calls.says I’m on AT&Thow to fix, anybody?

Manually picking AT&T and switching to 4G/LTE Seems to work!

Try changing your phone to 4G or LTE. Supposedly that will work better with AT&T. 5G will work with T-Mobile.

try connect to T-Mobile first. change the network mode to Automatic and test again the voice calls
if still not working, connect to T-Mobile but change the network mode to 2G and test once more time

Hey @RayParker
Go into your network settings, turn off automatic and choose T-Mobile. Then make sure your your Cellular Data is on and your roaming is on then reboot.

make sure Roaming Data is enabled for data to work.
Restart phone. Try selecting either of T-Mobile or AT&T.
Is you phone on PM's volte whitelist ? If not you need to manually select 2G for calling and only T-Mobile....but service will be poor, at best.
