Today was the 3rd time I helped someone sign up to Public Mobile. Each time, my "friend" had my referral code but Never saw a place or prompt where they could enter it. Thus, no one-time credit of $10 for my friend, and no "1 point per month that my friend uses Public Mobile" for me.
I am fed up with this. I tried and tried for well over an hour to get help online, but when I asked things like "Why my friend could not submit my referral code for rewards", or "I need to speak to a Customer Service Representative", or "I want to Submit a Ticket", the only online response I got links to information on things like "how to refer a friend" or "how to submit a ticket". When I tried to submit a ticket, it made me go to the Community to look for help.
I feel like I am being cheated by Public Mobile! How can I get them to give my wife and I our rewards?
My friend and brother left Public Mobile due to too many dropped calls.

She tried by clicking the link that is in your email message, then wrote her request. Is that the correct link to contact PM (the one you included in your message above)?
We have not had any confirmation that PM received her request.

If you friend entered your referral code correctly. You will get a text indicating “Cha-ching! You just added to your Refer a Friend Reward-way to go! Keep referring to earn more. View your Reward account”.
Sometime people mixup S/5, O/0 and I/1.
If entered correctly, they will get their $10 credit in 72 hours and you will get your 1 point/referral/month after your renewal date. PM doesn’t want to give your points before the renewal date so you can redeem your 15 point the following renewal date.😭
If your friend didn’t receive the $10 credit after 72 hours. They will need to contact a CS_Agent.

the box to enter the friend code is on the payment page, at the bottom, there is a button to click and enter
it is still not late if your friend activated, just ask him to messages PM to add the code back2, he and you will both enjoy the rewards
