Hi, i am new to the public, i got a refer code from my friend and typed in, but i did not see anywhere with the discount , where is it?

@Johnnyyanming, The $10 referral credit will not be applied on your first payment and it typically can take up to 72 hrs to show up in your account. For me, I saw it with 24 to 48 hours but for my wife she did not get it so after a week of waiting we contacted CS_agent by private message (which I will share below), and then she saw her $10 referral discount.

@Johnnyyanming if your friend sees a $10 credit in his account within 48 hours , you would be fine. You will see a 1 additional point for friend referral on your rewards account after your every plan renewal
just in case your friend do not see the $10 credit, ask him to check with PM for himself and for you

The $10 credit will be applied to your next month’s bill. Login to your account and it should be in the Payment tab for Available Funds.

@Johnnyyanming When you sign in a new account there is a referral field that you need to put in the referral code, if you forget to add it during the setup phase and you have an active line, you can send a message to support agent, so they can ad the referral code for you
