How fast is the Unlimited data on lower speed

can any one please tell me how fast is the unlimited data at the lower speed, like if we can run  tiktok? Also is that any plan can get this unlimited data after runing out the fast speed data or only the $34 dollar canada based plan? Thanks

512kbps. Tiktok is ok as it is short video, a bit of wait or buffer

any 5G Canada only plans as unlimited low speed. 

$34 has 2 plans, Canada-US and Canada only plans.  If you have the Canada based plans, you are good
