I set a plan change from $39 20gb 30 days to $117 30gb 90 days but I am seeing some people notice when it is time to renew, it is changing to $44 30gb 30 days because the 90 day option is no longer in market.
Is this true? if so, it is worrisome as I have a plan change coming soon for myself and a few family members.
Thank You.

thanks for the update
yes, the plan renewal sometimes take until noon to fully completed
Also, there is some browser cache problem with the site, so, it is best to use Incognito mode to login My Account so you get latest updated info and not locally cached old info

An update from my end that the scheduled plan change went smoothly for me as well. There was a glitch in my account which showed that I was still on the old plan, with one month of the old plan in the shopping cart, and a message stating that my services are on hold (phone services were not suspended). The funds took some time to come out of my account. My account didn't really update until I checked around noon (Eastern time). I received the monthly rewards for one month the day prior to my plan renewal, but am expecting to see the (old system) loyalty and auto-pay rewards to be eventually added to my account funds. I pay with vouchers, so it's all the same to me. I'm happy to see that it mostly worked without any real issues.

An update! my plan successfully changed and everything went smooth. Hope it's the same experience for everyone else.

@PublicNexzen I am on the same $39 20GB with a scheduled plan change to the same discounted 90 day plan for July 17th. We'll see how it goes. My account shows the next renewal price for $117.00, which is a good sign.

appreciate it, I'll wait and see what happens.

Past practice has been that they honour plan changes when the intended plan is no longer available. Take screenshots of the scheduled plan change showing it and that it's the right one. Then let it renew. I might even suggest depositing enough money to cover the new plan cost. Then if there's a problem you have some proof to contact support then. I wouldn't bother contacting them now. Support replies on policies and procedures are very much YMMV.

Thanks! Will come back and update everyone on my plan change.

@PublicNexzen usually YES. we have seen that happen and it only took them a message to support to get it sorted out. Is the scheduled plan change still showing up on your Change plan page?
either way, message support and confirm, and remember to let us know the result
