Hello yesterday I tried to add 200MB data option for 5$, but all it did was add 5$ in funds to my account and its not allowing me to actually complete payment in order to add the 200mb in my account. It keeps giving me INTERNAL SERVER ERROR message everywhere. I am not able to see the overview of my account to see how much data I have left and I can't even submit a ticket as it gives me ERROR 404. I litterally can't seem to do anything in my account. I tried it on the app, on my phone browser, laptop browser, with Google, with Safari, nothing works. This matter is extremely urgent as I desperately need data for Saturday May 10 as I will need to use my data when taking payment at my market stall with my square payment. Yesterday I received a text message saying I had used over 95% of my data, so I really need to add more data before Saturday!!!

According to PM, this account problem has been resolved this afternoon. You should be able to purchase add-ons.

you would have had to provide a 4 digit pin when you activated your new Public Mobile account. Birthdates..kids birthdates...4 significant numbers ??
added...good to hear you got it. Maybe write down Public Mobile username, password and PM pin number...save it to somewhere where you won't forget it is if you need it.

I did not have a pin password set up so I went into my account profile and I was able to set up a pin password, and then dialled 611 to buy the data add-on and it worked! Thank you so much for the advice!

I don't know what my 4 digit pin is or if I did at the start I certainly don't remember it now unfortunately, I never had to call *611, so they are not allowing me to pursue the add-on.

if you have at least $5 in your account, you can dial 611 to buy the data add-on, then you should be good to go. Good luck at this weekend market stall.

It's not allowing me to submit a ticket, it gives me error 404. I sent a message to CS_Agent, yes.
