My phone has just died. Can I move my sim card to another used phone?

@Brian66 Yes you can move physical SIM card from one phone to another phone . And if the SIM card in old phone appears to large for the SIM card slot on new phone you can just pop off the outer edge of the SIM card to fit new phones SIM card tray
3 hole punch /desired size
Note flat edge corner / fit flush in tray
No lifting or rising /push in all the way

When you are buying a used phone. Check to see if it is Blacklisted that was reported lost or stolen.
Dial *#06# to get the IMEI number and enter it:

If it is a carrier brand, you can check this whitelist. If the phone is not a carrier brand, ask the community. Generally android devices that are fairly current will work.

hard sim can be re-installed in new cell. Esim...you need to download app to new cell, then re-buy an esim, but it'll end up being gratis.

hi @Brian66
you can simply move the sim to the new phone. When you start using it, better to click Refresh network settings
