Self serve website not working

I need to add roaming (I m travelling rn) and it keeps showing internal server error. Any idea when this will be fixed? I m literally depending on free wifis rn

According to PM, this account problem has been resolved this afternoon. You should be able to purchase add-ons.

Ahh you re a lifesaver!! Clicked on the number to call and it worked, was able to add the addon this way. Thanks a ton!!

you should be able to dial 1-855-4PUBLIC ( 1-855-478-2542 ).

I also have been getting the "Internal Server Error"...since yesterday, but only on my laptop, mobile app works fine.

It also depends on the phone you have and if your phone have VoLTE settings.

Check if your phone is on the whitelist for your phone to work in the USA.

Yes in the US 👍 but cant call the number bc my plan does not include US calls - have been trying to buy the add on since yesterday. Tried different device, different credit card, app, incognito mode.. 

also not even the overview dashboard is loading atm

roaming is only available for use in US and Mexico..are you in one of those ?
