Internal service error

I’m trying to shop add-ons, but I am getting an internal service error. It will not load my data usage. Does anybody know what’s going on?

According to PM, this account problem has been resolved this afternoon. You should be able to purchase add-ons.

I am experiencing the same issue and I need to add-on data before Saturday as I am out of data and will need it to run my square payment at the market.

Agreed that it is weird. Doesn't happen to everyone I don't think...just us "lucky" ones. Customer Support has been made aware and they're working on it...apparently.

And every time I try to buy an add-on it just takes my money and add it into my account but does not give me data. Very strange. This is my son‘s account. I run for him. My account is working fine, which is a weird thing.

it's been a problem with my account since late yesterday as well. I find if I log in on the app, it works fine but the web version is not working and gets that message. I've messaged Customer Support and am waiting for some guidance.

Are using the app or your online account?  Clear your PM App cache or your browser cache and log in using privacy mode.

Edit:

You can also purchase add ons (except $5/500 min Canada wide minutes add on) via 611 using your 4 digit account PIN #and your registered payment card. If you don't know it you can change it on your account's profile page.
