I would like to change my service from public to fido and i need port in number so that i can use same number in other provider

Porting out:
- Both account have to be active (old and new)
- Initiate number transfer at new provider
- Keep your PM SIM in your phone and reply Yes within 90 min of port request
- Wait until porting is completed; confirm new service is working (all parts: calls/sms/internet)
- Recycle PM SIM as your account is immediately closed when your number goes to other provider.

You have to sign up with Fido and then they will start the request to port your number out. Keep PM sim in your phone to get the confirmation text to confirm the port.
