I want to get back onto my public mobility account since I left it for a month for long distance data with Telus. How do I get back to you guys? It’s taking a long time for me to do this.

Hi @Ri6, are you looking to access your old account for informational purposes (but stay with Telus) or are you looking to switch your cellphone service back to Public Mobile?

@Ri6 If you ported number out of public to Telus , you would need to create new account with new email for public mobile account and port number back during activation using PM app or after activation choose is yours
