I have no cellular or internet connection 

how do I reconnect ?

Then you should contact customer service agent.  Click on chat icon on right lower corner of website and follow prompts to submit ticket.

we checked the account and no issues with payment.

reset the phone and check for outages.

Is it possible that your account is inactive?  Sometimes preauthorized payments fail and the account gets suspended. Check your account status. If inactive, manually load up funds and it should reactivate your plan. 

If your account status is active and you have no phone service, might be an outage in your area.  Might want to try a reboot of your phone or network reset of phone.
