Sorry to hear that you lost your phone. Did you purchase a new one yet? If yes, then also buy a new SIM card from a local Telus or koodo shop. Or if your new phone is eSIM compatible, download the Public Mobile app to your phone and purchase the eSIM.

you need to get a new cellphone yourself. Then download the app to your new cell to log in to your account. Then you can buy an esim to get your service working with same number. If you need hard sim, get that from Amazon before you add it to your account to resume service.
