How to I get someone to talk to me about an overcharge on my account? Tried submitting a ticket and couldn't get it to go through.

are the two charge the same amount or different? did you make a plan change on Nov 26 and used a Change Now option?

if they are indeed duplicated, PM support agent can help.  Please submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
