I was charged twice on posting date: February 02 2024. The transaction date was. Februrary 01, 2024. The amount charge twice as seen on my MasterCard is: $12.32
Please look into this.

I only see one charge on my account at publicmobile but my CC statement show two charges:
01/02 Public Mobile. $12.32
01/02. Public Mobile. $12.32
02/02 is the posting date and 01/02 is the transaction date.

login to My Account and check the payment history, does it show 2 transactions?
or any money on your account's Available fund?
