I want esim not sim.
Cannot get esim after paying subscription fees.
No other options but to activate "sim".
What do I need to do

HI @Meee2 you already setup the physical sim but you want a esim now?
only one sim for one account. If you are setting up esim for this account, the physical sim will not "dead" after the esim is setup. To change to esim, you need to download PM app, log in , go to Account page on the app and click Buy sim card and pay and install
Or if you meant to setup another new account with esim, then you just need to download PM app, setup another account with another email address (PM is one email for one account only) and choose esim

I finally received my sim card in the mail.
I successfully set it up.
I would also like to set up an esim.
How do I do it please?

hi @Meee2 were you using the PM app to activate account ?? you need it to complete the activation and eSIM. If not yet, please use PM app
if you have used the app, please check if the PM eSIM already installed, the app supposed to do that. Check the device sim manager or Cellular screen
if you cannot the the eSIM, check if you get a Welcome email from PM and there is a QR code to scan and install
