There are multiple charges on our son's account for October and November totalling $960.50.
Can you tell us why? Is this fraud? This shouldn't be happening.
October 1: $45.20 3 times
October 8: $45.20 *3
October 10: $45.20
October 10: $ 28.25
October 17: $45.20 *2
October 18: $45.20
October 30: $45.20 *8
October 31: 45.20
November 9: $45.20
November 9: $28.25

I'd log into your account and check the payment history. If you don't see any of those and just the one, it means the PM system screwed up. Back in October there were a lot of these for folks. It may take a while for them to get back to you. If you don't have a resolution within 72 hours, ask for it to be escalated.

how many accounts you have with PM? and how many of those charges actually show up on the Payment history of My Account?
There are way too many than it should be if you have just one subscription, ask PM to check. Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
