My regular $35.03 payment came off my Tangerine credit card as usual with Transaction Date Aug 21, 2022, & was posted the next day, and my credit card bill was paid Sep 4th.
Yesterday, my service was cut off for non-payment and I paid another $35.03 this morning to "re-activate" my account. So I have essentially been charged twice this month, Not to mention the inconvenience of having my service cut-off for no fault of mine.
Is there a way I can send you a copy of my paid bill so I can be credited for the extra payment, or can you verify it from your end?

@dabr- Please review my earlier post to you describing the required steps/chronology (until it was all re-done). When we reply to the OP then we can do that edit. If we reply to a reply then we need to wait for the earlier reply to edit from the OP and then we can edit our reply to pick up the new subject line. It's about the order. (until an oracle shows up)
Adding - we can all handle this ourselves without the need of an oracle stepping in. Except for the length of time leaving information exposed if we step away and don't take the opportunity to edit our posts after the subject line has been edited by the OP.

@srlawren Thanks for responding anyhow and thanks to @computergeek541 for cleaning up the posts!
@dust2dust Editing my post didn't work to remove the info from the heading this time for me, although it has in the past.

There's nothing left to edit as I've already removed the account number.

@Outdoorsman- It's a "feature" that was discovered a while ago. An OP starts a topic with a subject. People reply to that post. Using a different way to view the forum, the subject line shows on each post.
Then the OP edits the subject line of the OP. But that doesn't change the subject line of the replies. Each reply can do a quick edit like adding a space which will then pick up the new subject line.
Then if others have replied to that earlier reply then they also pick up the subject line of the reply at the time.
Then if they edit their post after the earlier post picked up the new subject then their post will too.
It's all a bit of a head scratcher but it does work. Then an Oracle eventually comes along and re-does the whole thing before all replies have taken the opportunity to edit their replies rendering the whole exercise moot.

@Outdoorsman wrote:@dabr hi I'm sorry I don't follow you what do I need to edit?
There is thread title attached to each message. In the complete post list, the account number was still showing in many of the messages. There might have been no way for you to fix this yourself thoguh, because when I I try to edit posts, there isn't any way for me to edit the title unless it's in the first post of a thread. It's like that both on my phone and desktop computer.

@srlawren Just noticed that you're online, can you please edit my post and others on this thread to remove sensitive info from the heading? Editing my own post hasn't removed this info this time either. Thank you.
@dabr hey sorry just saw this, and looks like it's already taken care of. Sorry about that.

@dabr- Now you need to wait for Outdoorsman to edit his so you can edit your post that also picked up the old subject line. 🙂 It's the effect of clicking the reply button of the errant post. I'm at this moment replying to the OP. Let's see.

@Outdoorsman @Yummy You both need to do an edit to your posts to remove personal info as suggested by @dust2dust. A faux edit works too.
Perhaps @computergeek541 or any or another oracle can edit the posts?
edit: Thanks for the reminder @dust2dust (this is not a good system and needs to be fixed!). This time a faux edit didn't work either but it did before?

Billing cycles are 30 days not monthly at pm. So you haven't paid extra you just had an auto page failure.

If you see double charges on your credit card do NOT dispute with the bank. Try to resolve with agent first and chargeback will make a lot of issues with PM.
Did you do plan change by any chance?
To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent
If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.
- Send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking Here

September 20th will have been your renewal day. It would seem the autopay failed but it was your renewal time.
adding - edit
@Outdoorsman, @Yummy - If you do a simple edit of your posts it will automatically edit the subject line.
