I unsubscribe on Jan 27, 2025 after making a payment and I am still being being charged for the months of February and March 2025. I need an explanation.

You have to disable the "subscription" radio button in your account settings. That option means it will auto renew every 30 days.

@Osaka_Ana5 please message CS_agent using this link to verify cancellation and request reimbursement if you feel you are overcharged. Hope this helps
