I unsubscribe on Jan 27, 2025 after making a payment and I am still being being charged for the months of February and March 2025. I need an explanation.

I did that more than once in advance of my last billing, and it did not result in cancelled services.

I've been requesting support from the PM team for weeks and everyone has been providing rubbish responses, the lastest which was to log into 'incognito mode'

This is not going to cancel service. I've done that and still gotten charged for services not rendered.

How come Public Mobile doesn't have specific clear instructions or steps posted on their site or app?? This is unacceptable especially for a company I where cannot speak to someone

Disabling autopay does result in a cancelled/closed account once the account has been in suspension 90 days.  The instructions provided by DennyCrane are correct.

You have to disable the "subscription" radio button in your account settings. That option means it will auto renew every 30 days.

@Osaka_Ana5  please message CS_agent using this link to verify cancellation and request reimbursement if you feel you are overcharged. Hope this helps
