We did not order a Bonus SIM Card or a Triple Punch Card for the amount of $11.20.  Please do not send this order and please credit the card on the account.

A ticket doesn't need to be opened for this issue.  Public Mobile is fully aware of this situation but credit cards were not charged in error.

hello unfortunately Public has invented a new glitch you can ignore the text unless your  credit card was charged

For these erroneous e-mail notifications, no additional orders were processed and credit cards were not charged.
