HELP! I bought the $35 usa canada mexico plan but accidentally selected physical SIM and I dont need physical SIM I need an ESIM because my new iphone 17 doesnt even take a physical SIM. PLEASE HELP. I need my order canceled or swapped to ESIM so I can activate and use my new phone.

that is mainly because you need to receive the 2FA text via SMS once before you can change anything. At this point, your account is linked with a physical sim card, you need to complete the activation first, and get the 2FA text vis SMS once. After that, you can then login the app to rebuy eSIM.
it is not an easy process, buy you have to ask a friend to help to complete the activation via physical sim as you selected in the beginning

That is so hell. Why cant whoever is on the back end of this mobility company cancel my order or swap for me beforehand. I dont even care about the $10 extra I paid, I just want my phone to work

they can't help with that. you need to login the app to change to eSIM yourself.
When you receive the sim card, ask a friend to help with the sim card activation via their phone. You need to complete the activation and able to receive the 2FA code via SMS once using that physical sim card, then you can login the app and rebuy eSIM on your eSIM only iPhone
@hairbag1 PM support cannot help to buy eSIM on behalf. That is also why if people chose to active eSIM butgot activation issue, they have to change to physical sim card first. They need to do that so they can receive the 2FA SMS text once, before they can login the app and rebuy another eSIM

I cant even activate it because I dont have a device that will take a SIM card. My phone has no SIM card slot. Cant someone swap to ESIM? I dont want to be 2 weeks without a functioning phone

can't he just message the Customer Support team to make the purchase of esim instead of waiting ? He may hafta pay $5 for the esim maybe.

sorry @Lucg898, at this stage, you have to wait for the PM sim card to arrive and complete the activation with the sim card first. After the activation is completed, you can then login the PM App and go to Account > Purchase sim card > eSIM to rebuy a new eSIM
