There could be exception but usually only in situations when the charge was a result of PM system problem

@Hi-jin- If you have an account problem, the only chat available is via messaging with customer support. Generally speaking, there are no refunds for prepaid service. However, it depends on your situation. Click on the chat bubble at the bottom of the page and start a chat. Just answer a few questions, and indicate something like 'account problem' or 'agent'. After that, you will be contacted to confirm your identity and hopefully resolve your issue.
