I was charged twice how do I get my money refunded

@pwradar51  .check credit card is one charge just pending ? If so it should fall off but if both charges are posted and the difference isn’t in your accounts available funds then message support to fix 

submit ticket with support using the chat bubble bottom right of screen 

 

If that doesn’t work you can always send  direct  private message to support .

you can ask PM to check and issue refund.  

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

HI @pwradar51 

you sure one of them not a pending charge only?  If it is a pending charge, it will be dropped off after couple days

but if you are sure both are posted charges, check if the extra is showing up as a credit on My Account, Available Funds.  If it is there, you can leave it there for next renewal

or if you want to ask support for refunds, 

 submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
