I want to port my public mobile number yo another provider.

I have been trying to reach out to customer service without any luck. The new provider sent a port request but i did not receive any text. I have created 2 support tickets and have been trying for the last 3 days. I am sorry but I am very upset with the system you guys have and lack of responses.

porting out? make sure your PM account is acti5and able to receive text from eveyone 

also the new carrier to send porting request again.  If still no message after 2 hours, ask PM support agent to check

 submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
If any issue with ticket submission, you can  submit by direct message:
