Social media content such as Facebook and Twitter is there for marketing purposes. The accounts on those websites aren't intended for support purposes.

Hi @rahulg What is the email address?
i remember an used to be regular tried to email Public Mobile to make big complains but cannot find the email address. I think PM did go jobs to hide all the email addresses, at least they are not designed to accept any kind of service request or complains

The terms of service do not specify how (via private messaging or Simple Simon only?) you must contact public mobile to cancel your services.
Ending your services with Public Mobile
Can I cancel my service at any time? Yes. To cancel your service, contact Public Mobile with the date you want the cancellation to be effective.
To contact customer support click below:

To pre-verify your account include in your private messaging only your full name, address, email, phone # and 4 digit account pin #.

Public Mobile customer support does not accept nor respond to e-mail messages. They will only respond by private message on this Community website.

Hello Jaewon, you can send an email to the official public mobile address to cancel the plan, you can stop recharging your current plan, you can also deactivate the sim card from the portal.

Hi @jaewon
You can also give the account for others to take over.
To do so, you can simply remove the personal details, then change the password and give over the login credentials. The new "owner" can then work with PM Support to change the email address to his/hers

- Disable autopay
- Remove credit card info to avoid accidental charges by PM.
Your account will be suspended due to payment at your next renewal date. 90 days after suspension, your account will be cancelled. You have 90 days to change your mind by paying and reactivate your account.
To stop service immediately, select lost/stolen phone.

Remove your CC from AutoPay and stop payment. After 90 days for non-payment, your account will be cancelled.

@jaewon You just need to disable Autopay , remove the credit card
With that, PM would not be able to renew your plan , your plan will then be suspended. 90 days later, the account will be closed
