Hi. I have purchased Three 1GB Add-Ons, BUT they're not showing in my self-serve.
Can a Moderator check and see what's wrong?

Kinda strange
As i mentioned, completing add-on purchase is a two steps process. When you purchase it first time, it adds payment to your available balance. After the first step, your balance should be $90+$7=$97. Now, to complete the process, purchase the add-on again. This time it will use payment from your available balance. However, if you don't see the funds added under Available Balance, you will need to contact one of the mod via private message. You are a mayor so i think you know the process.

Check your payment history and available balance. Buying an add-on is a two steps process. It adds funds to the account when you purchase it first time and second time it actually adds add-on to your account. If your plan information and payment due amount is also missing, try checking using private/incognito browsing mode.
