I transfer phone number from TELUS to Public mobile,and when I tray to create new account the system tell me that this nomber not existe.

Do you have a brand new SIM card from Public Mobile ?
If YES, you need to active it here.
Once your account is open, you can port your Telus number toward Public Mobile. Your account from Telus must be in good standing and paid while you are doing the transfer.
You can fill the porting form from your self-serve account here.
If the porting fail, you will have to send an email to Public Mobile.
How to send an email ?
Click on this link : https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/contact-us
Then, at the bottom right of the page, click on "Email away" button.
- Choose "SIM & Activation"
- Choose "Porting"
- Pick the option that matches closest to what you’re looking for help with.
Then click on "Email Us" and fill up the form.
Please note :
Porting a mobile number takes around 2-4 hours.
Porting a landline number takes 7 to 14 business days.
