I paid for promotion and was charge for it the $44 for 30GB. My bank transaction charge from public reflects this plan. Cause I was charged $49 so why do I have my old plan of $40 for 15GB data? I paid today June 10th I need this problem corrected ASAP

@Slicex2 actually if you choose Change Plan Now, services should work right away..that is if you were not in suspended/on hold status. If you owe any funds, you will need to add them manually, then reactivate your plan.

@Slicex2 - just cause you paid a certain amount doesn't mean your plan changed. But, do you mean you set your plan to change on your next renewal? Or did you choose to change your plan NOW.
If you choose Change Plan Now, then this is probably just a cache issue on your account, see other posts.
If you choose to Change on Next Renewal and your renewal date is not today, then wait until your next renewal to see the plan change.
So, what actions did you actually take?
NOTE, we can't see your account, so we can't fix this for you and can only offer advice or guidance...as we all are customers just like you.
EDIT, you said you have no service in your subject line. Well this is an issue. Does is say your account is suspended or 'on hold' in My Account. Does is show you need to pay any remaining balance to reactivate?
If none of these messages on your My Account, or when you call 611, they try restarting your phone to see if your services work. If not submit a ticket to CSA to get them to get your account up and running. Private Message to Public Mobile Customer Support Agents (CSA)

@Slicex2 you still see your old plan on your My Acocunt? you could be just reading old locally cached page. Please login My Account once more but use Incognito mode this time. You should see the new plan details there with Incognito mode
