Hello All,
My daugher is in the states and put a new sim in her phone for the summer!
She does not have "access" to her Public Mobile account.
I want to make a payment for her but I can't sign on with the new Eversafe login screen since I cant get the code send to her phone. (with my son no issue since he is here with his phone).
How do I make payment or even sign on to the account?
PS will will be away for 10 days with no access to the internet or email so please bear with me in the delayed response to any answers or questions. (Leave tomorrow)

1.) Do you have access to her pm Sim card or her email?
2.) Do you have access to a current or former telus phone that was enabled with wifi calling?
3.¡9)your daughter does not need or cannot use her pm Sim card/account then as mentioned just let it suspend or remain suspended and reactivate it before day 85/86 of suspension (from the last day it had paid pm services.)
In regards to above.....
1.) To get the email 2FA code option enter an incorrect 6 digit code 4x and it will offer the email option to send tbe 2FA code to....be sure to check tbe trusted device box and clear your cache/cookies from the browser history.
2.) If above is not an option but you have the Sim card and do not wish to reactivate but want account access ( to change the acct pin # to be able to make payments via 611 or 1 855 4PUBLIC?) You can recieve the SMS text 2FA code on a telus wifi calling enabled phone if you put the pm Sim card in the telus phone.
3.) Other payment options.....

And esjliv twigs another related thought. You could let the account suspend and make that payment before 85 days after that suspension. If still active then the renewal date would be given calling the number. A little trickier to know that (if possible) if it's currently suspended. You you know when the last payment was made? Don't let it go past 85-90 days or else the account will fully deactivate and lose everything.

@RobertLummerdin to add to what dust2dust posted, you said your daughter is in the states, just in ensuring she/you knows that once her account gets activated, she will require a USA Roaming addon that can be purchased in My Account or by calling 611 for Public services to work.
BUT, you said she is there for the summer? Well, in that case, financially it may be better for her to get a local SIM card is she will not be around wifi very often. If she is by wifi often she can download fongo/textnow or even use apps like whatsapp to stay connected to others.

You can click resend code and choose one of the options like email if you can get to the email inbox.
If you know the 4 digit account pin then you can call 1-855-4pu-blic and make a payment from the registered credit card.
You can buy a voucher from lots of stores or online and call that number and enter the voucher and not need the 4 digit pin.
You can go to some stores and use the real time payments option.
