Unable to access rewards in App

Everything in the app is working great except I can’t seem to access the rewards section. It keeps trying to load and then eventually just gives a oopps technical errror message. Is anyone else having this problem or knows how to fix it?

I just tried myself and it did take a bit to get in but I got in. A couple things. Perhaps, reboot your phone. Also, make sure your app is up to date in the app store. Also, try using WiFi instead of data?

I just tried it and it works on my cellphone. Maybe try rebooting your phone and try gain.
