I paid for data. I cannot use data.

My talk and text works and my data has always worked and now it just doesnt. I tried restarting the phone, all that stuff. And the fact that there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and only a chatbot and then us supposed to talk amongst ourselves is sickening.

 

Im fuqn done with this crappy service at the end of this month.

Did you check available data on self-serving account? Maybe you used all data already. Maybe DATA is off on your phone.

PM provides support by email only. Customer helping customers works just fine.

Did you login to your account and click on the little circle in the lower right to refresh the counters? Does plan data show as all red?

If you have your 4 digit account pin (which you can reset in the account) you can also check your remaining data dialing 611.

Or maybe your phone got some kind of update and the settings somehow changed. iOS or Android?

You can request to submit a ticket and you'll get an answer from a real person. It's not instant, so you have to wait for a reply but at least its not a bot.

Is cellular data turned ON in your device's settings? iPhone: Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data switch to ON
