change plan renewal date

Hi, I was wondering if it was possible to change the plan renewal date so it resets on the 1st of every month. Has anyone done this? Thanks Jerome

You can request to submit a ticket and you'll get an answer from a real person. It's not instant, so you have to wait for a reply but at least its not a bot.
