I made the mistake of trying to switch to this company. I never received the sim, I can't cancel because there are never agents available. How can I get my money back and close my account?

I am in exactly the same boat.  I order two cards Nov.21. Never received.  I have tried to get into My Account to cancel but just get looped back. Cannot get Customer Service or the elusive ticket. I have requested a reversal of charges through my credit card company. I want to make sure the account is cancelled.  Next will be Consumer Protection and formal complaint to the regulators.

I have had similar experience but all have been solved. As previous posts, after you purchase a sim card from local store or Amazon. Private message to CS_agent, they will help you activate by asking your account info and your sim card number. They will also refund the sim card cost you paid but never received. You can click on the envelope icon to send private message to CS_agent after you login to this community.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having difficulties. 

How long ago did you order the Sim card? Delivery can take anywhere from few days up to 3+ weeks. 

If a least 10 days has passed you can contact a customer service representative at the link below.  Maybe they will allow you to purchase and credit you back the previous one you are waiting for. 

If they have you can purchase one from a local Telus/ Koodo store keep the receipt to send  if requested. 

Unfortunately/fortunately Public Mobile is all online, self serve DIY co.

SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up or order from Amazon .otherwise reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it . Or if you can get a credit for buying a new SIM card .message support directly while your already here and logged in the community you can send a  private message   To CS_Agents
