trying to transfer my old number to public mobile, after trying it once, and reply "YES" to the transfer message, it replies me " having trouble transferring your number", and then trying 2nd times,
it shows " Phone number not eligible for port"
what can I do right now?

If you find your number eligible, but still have issues porting it contact PM porting department for assistance.

@yuhuan you were correct in replying YES to the confirmation text . Did you happen to miss the 90 minute window to do so ? No worries I’ll send you the porting team number private message right away . They can re trigger the port request for you
