Go to Profile and click on Manage EverSafe ID. There you can change your email.

To avoid cahce problem, after you change your email, please use Incognito/Private/secret mode on your browser to login

@SarupT  The  log-in should still recognize your old email address, then once logged in you can change it to the new address.  Or have you tried that and it didn't work?

@SarupT you can easily do this yourself if you can login My Account

Just go to My Account, then go to Profile page and Manage EverSafe ID, you can update the email address used there

if you cannot even login now, then you will need to engage support to make the change

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
