We have recently switched from Koodo to Public, we have a brand new physical sim, new public data plan and have had phone number ported . We can receive calls but cannot use data or make calls. Looking for customer service to contact us before we cancel request a refund for the new plan pkg and return to previous provider. We have tried all the public troubleshooting suggestions. We have sent it tickets and no response.  @CS_Agent

you can receive calls, so, it is not a porting problem

did you use esim with Koodo?  if you did, please delete the Koodo esim and then click Reset All networks

If you used physical sim, still try to Reset All networks on your phone

And try your PM sim with another phone

if nothing work, please submit a ticket with PM agent and ask them to reset the account
