I clicked accept on the PM’s text, but the Lucky mobile still hasn’t received PM’s confirmation. It’s been more than 14 hours.

It shouldn’t take that long to port your number over to Lucky if you replied to the text from PM within the 90 minute window.
This would happen only if you missed replying outside of the window time.
In this case, you will need to contact Lucky to restart the porting process and leave the PM SIM in your phone to reply.

Have Lucky Mobile, resend the port request.
If still nothing happens, then contact a Customer Support Agent..

@CDP23 if you replied to confirmation Text from pm to port out in the 90 min window then there’s nothing for pm to do in this case / it will be up to lucky
