Nothing works, getting really upset I can't use my 

phone.

Hi @lcapo64   

if you tried the reset password and didn't work, I think you need to open ticket with CS agent:

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

Try logging into your account using a different browser in incognito or private mode instead.

It'll work out better.

Just buy a voucher to cover your plan cost and use 611 to reactivate. Lots of stores sell these vouchers and a couple places online. There's a real time payment option in some stores. Then figure out why your password won't work. That way you'll have service.

Or if you know your 4 digit account pin you can use 611 and the registered credit card to pay. (no 4 digit pin needed for vouchers though)

@lcapo64  firs try loggin in again incognito / private mode first there are cache issues

Try again but clear your browser cache first and then open a new browser window in incognito. Chrome or edge works well.
