If you account was closed if nonpayment for 90 days or longer. You need to purchase a new SIM and create a new account.

 

If nonpayment is less than 90 days, you need to contact a CS_Agent to help you access your account to make payment.

if get error when you submit ticket then contact support team by private message > CS_Agent  to change email and set new password.
