@Winpet  You can also 611 if you know the 4 digit PIN .Another option is to get payment vouchers and load them 611 and no PIN needed

as long as you didn't let the Suspended account go past 90 days, you can reactivate the account. Log in to your account > Profile ...there you can Reactivate.

@Winpet   login to My Account first, unsuspend first if you have suspended your service earlier by Lost/Stolen

If you just suspended by disabled Autopay, then make a manual payment. Click "Pay now and resume services" and follow the steps to pay

You might want to enable Autopay again in Payment page
